Do vauxhall vectra have good diesel engines?

I am thinking of buying a Vauxhall vectra diesel 2003 do they have good engines. Are vauxhall known to have good diesel engines.|||I wouldn't buy a Vectra Diesel period.


But if you really want one, the 120bhp engine is slightly less likely to land you with a huge repair bill than the 150bhp one. But don't buy one thinking you'll save money over a petrol one.


If either the diesel particulate filter or dual mass flywheel, which usually needs replaced with a clutch change, need to be replaced you're looking at well over 拢500 each. And that's at local garage prices, not Vauxhall dealers.
