The engine emission light comes on and stays on in my Vauxhall Corsa and then a few weeks later it goes off and stays off for several weeks until repeating the process. I have had it checked out at a Vauxhall garage and they cannot find any fault. Is there anything I can do to make the light go off and stay off please?|||Check to see if the wire from the sensor in the exhaust has been burned close to the exhaust.
Ja.|||Probably a bad connection to the emissions sensor|||Stick a bit of chewing-gum over it.|||it will probably be your lambda sensor flower.|||have you filled the ash tray up|||sound like a faulty sensor
